Pyrok 9145 is an aqueous multi-functional polymer contact adhesive with high immediate bond strength and high tack when dry.

It can be spray, brush or roller applied, and bonds plywood, fibrous and rubber flooring, foamed plastics, plaster and metals to themselves and to each other.

How to use

• Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust; IPA can help remove oil and dirt
• Stir before use and keep the lid on when not in use
• Apply a generous, even coat to both surfaces; a uniform glossy film indicates enough adhesive
• Once dry, complete the bond ideally within four hours (bonding is still possible after 24 hours)
• Bring substrates together with or without heat and roll to ensure full contact
• Clean wet adhesive with IPA or water; dried adhesive with ketonic solvents such as acetone
• Use stainless-steel spray and pumping equipment with nylon- or PE-lined hoses; do not use hoses previously used with solvent-based adhesives
