APP Protect is a high-performance, rubberized underbody coating designed to provide superior protection for vehicle chassis and body panels. Once cured, it forms a tough, flexible, and tightly adherent barrier that permanently seals chassis fasteners, preventing loosening caused by road vibration.

How to use

• Thoroughly clean the chassis or cabin areas using a high-pressure washer. On older vehicles, remove all rust and sand affected areas to achieve a clean, contaminant-free surface (free of water, dust, oil, grease, or wax). Blow-dry completely after cleaning.
• Mask and protect all areas not to be coated using suitable materials that will remain secure during spraying.
• Shake the cartridge vigorously for approximately 2 minutes, insert the dedicated APP spray gun and connect to a compressed air supply of 0.60–0.80 MPa (6–8 bar).
• Apply evenly in a back-and-forth motion from a distance of 25–50 cm, in multiple thin coats (recommended: three coats) with a 10-minute flash-off time between coats at room temperature.
• After the first coat, seal all holes, seams, and joints with appropriate sealant before continuing. A minimum dry film thickness of 2 mm is recommended to achieve optimal sound deadening and corrosion protection.
