FiST 7064
Perekat Struktural
FiST 7064 is a two-component, ambient-temperature-cured structural foam with adhesive properties that bonds a variety of substrates and fills variable gaps.
Key features
- Bonds and seals variable gaps and matches irregular surfaces
- Fast curing for short cycle times and quick repairs
- Contains no isocyanates or organic volatiles
- Seals against intrusion of dust and water
- Maintains adhesion and protects substrates in salt and humid conditions
- Lightweight with high load-bearing capability
- Strengthens and reinforces substrates
- Sandable, machinable and paintable
- Retains mechanical fasteners, inserts and brackets
- Inherently flame-resistant
It provides high strength at low density, fast reaction times and excellent adhesion, and is free of isocyanates and organic volatiles.

How to use
- Check each cartridge opening is free of obstruction before use
- Apply through a 10 mm x 24-element helical static mixer and purge until uniformly mixed
- Bulk: use meter-mix equipment with 316 stainless-steel contact parts and PTFE-lined hoses
- Remove excess before curing with a general-purpose organic solvent; avoid disturbing the bond during clean-up
- Paint surfaces exposed to UV (sunlight)
Typical applications
- Bonding and gap-filling between irregular surfaces
- Reinforcing substrates and retaining fasteners, inserts and brackets
- Sealing against dust and water
