Aerok 8030 is a two-component structural epoxy adhesive with a long working time, good peel strength and good adhesion to most metals and plastics.

It is ideal for applications that need a flexible adhesive to absorb impact and vibration and to withstand thermal expansion and contraction.

Typical values. Overlap shear specimens were cured for 3 days at 20 °C, 50% RH before testing.

How to use

• Mix Part A and Part B 1:1 by volume
• Working time 2–3 hours; full strength after 7 days
• Heat curing can be used to reduce curing time
• Abrading or grit blasting improves shear strength on most substrates
